Tyre weld

Hi All

I went to buy a tin of tyre weld today, but didn't as it said it was only for emergency use max 30 mph, 50 miles. Is there any other make that has a better range / speed rating?

Hi,

I think all the after puncture seal has a simalar speed/ duration rating. You could try this stuff

Ultra Seal

You put in in the tyre and it will then seal any puncture you get. The stuff will form a complete seal and the tyre can be used till the end of it's life.

I have got some other make in my tyres. So far no trouble, not had a puncture.

Wheels seam to be balanced still although one of my balancing weights has come of since so have a bit of wobble

Cheers

James

go to the bike section at HALFRAUDS and get SLIME. We have used on quads and mountian bikes and off road monsters that get serious abuse with no probs. It says on the pack that its for lifetime seal up to a certian size of hole (blowouts excluded terms and conditions apply ruhbarb ruhbarb)
