GBS zero - am i the only one?
Am i the only person who wishes GBS also offered the zero with a GRP plastic tub (side panels / rear) and bonnet for those looking for a more modern
look as opposed to the traditional stainless?
I really like the zero but just wish there was the option of plastic to make it more modern like the vortex or mk indy.
Maybe im just not a purist lol

Speak to Richard to see if they plan to. Although the ali panels that Im using are lighter than GRP. As bluemoon said, spray or vinyl wrap is an
option.
Im having mine painted, once its built as I cant decide on a colour scheme yet.

you'd loose the good looks and clean lines. Its so cheap to wrap ally, its stronger and lighter than GRP too.

I must admit that my first thought was "if you want plastic panels, get a different kit". I like the ali look, but I'm biased... I
built a 'book' Locost!
Paint or vinyl have their attractions, especially when I decide that the ali needs polishing...

I am also building a zero and thought the same thing, I was going to make my own moulds and sell them but then I watched a car being wrapped and
I'm just going to get it wrapped no polishing hard to chip and when you get bored just Change the wrap! Simples.
