I have a wet a*se but...
Look what i just picked up!
Just driven it about a mile to my workshop in a flooded seat but well worth it. The customer wants me to make it more 'user friendly' and
cost is almost no issue!!!
First things im thinking is brake servo, wire a thermostat into the rad instead of the switch on the dash (which doesn't work) and the guy wants
some kind of engine limiter to make it a little easier to use but i have no idea what to do with that one!
I am actually quite jealous as he paid just £2k for it, and its taxed and doesn't need MOT until the end of the year!
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

start with mirrors on the correct sides... stops the silly angle.
engine limiter? rev limiter? how does he mean easier? if its on megajolt, you can set rev limits quite low, and on some versions theres a button to
switch maps, so you could perhaps have a low rev limit so you don't drive too fast, press the button, and the rev limit is set much higher
aside from that... who knows? has he not given any other lcues?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

you could mess with the pedal to move the pivot, and give a longer travel? might work for both brakes an accel?

As above ^^ CBR600 after-market mirror's will look a lot better and they don't cost a fortune.
If cost isn't an issue - throw away the boat anchor and fit a decent twin-cam engine of some sort (sits back and awaits the onslaught )
Has to be Bargain of the Month if that's what he actually paid for it.

A brake servo, is as much use a ciggerete holder on a 7!

Agreed, either one of the master cylinders isn't the correct bore or the pivot's in the wrong place (assuming the brakes are wooden).
Alternatively offer him £3k for it

Not sure what you mean by an engine limiter to make it easier to use - if you mean rev limiter see above posts - if you mean power limiter just put a
restrictive orifice plate in the exhaust which should quieten it somewhat too.
