Custom exhaust anyone ?
Stumbled across this by accident today when I spent hours and hours looking for this sort of supplier a couple of weeks ago...typical.

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Aha, I didnt realise, just looked at website.
They can do bends but not sure about end caps and perforated tube ?
Im considering making the actual can, a replica of the SBD one. 3" inlet and outlets and 7" diameter, cheapest quote Ive had is £250+VAT
for a very similar one. The parts to make one will cost around £100.
Only thing I dont like are the flat end caps, I want domed ones.
Any suggestions ?
Was trying to think of household/stroke everyday items that I could get cheap and cut up. Best thing I saw were some dirt cheap Balti dishes I saw in
a pound shop ! not sure what diameter they are.
Thanks
James

Try the pet shop
Dog bowls available from chihuahua to labrador size as used by someone for petrol cap surround, probably Mr Lumby.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Yeah they were also on my list of things to look at ! I found some 6.75" diameter balti dishes online now, be ideal to go inside a nominal
7" diameter can.
Thanks

Didn't know MK did exhaust bits - been meaning to order a load for ages so I guess I'll give Martin a call.
