Any good books on Rover V8?
I could do with a 'Noddy's guide to the Rover V8' type book. Anyone got any recommendations? Needs to cover any 'must
know' stuff when taking the thing apart and stuff like torque settings for head bolts etc.

no info in there at all - more of a history
