Adrian Flux
Just like to say a big thanks to Adrian Flux for refusing me european cover (when it stated in my policy it was available).. And cancelling my policy
with £70 refunded of £320 (non-refundable policy)...
Equity Red Stars excuse? They dont do european cover for a business assignment to a foreign country only holidays, even tho it says nothing about this
in their policy small or large print...
Rest asured the insurance ombudsman will be hearing about this shabby way I have been treated...

im surprised you didnt get covered by a company in Cyprus with a special added to cover the trip over. Alternatively you could have taken shipping
insurance.
It doesnt surprise me that they dont cover you for emmigrating. The thing i dont understand is that how do they know you werent going for a holiday?
Surely you could have been covered for the first 30 days by which time you could have cancelled and transferred to a Cypriat policy.

I was only after the 60 day cover to deal with getting the car registered and importing it...
I cant get cypriot insurance until I have registered the car over here...
I didnt know the insurance didnt cover a business trip (officially I am not emigrating, its just a 3 year contract to start with)..
I have paid for shipping insurance, but I need insurance to get through customs in cyprus...
Sheesh
