Anyone Irish based?? Help re SVA equiv needed.
Any members based in Ireland? I am keen to build, have the book, just got the space but have no idea if a Irish SVA type test exists. We have a
National Car Test for 4+ year old cars. I'd hate to get one together and then not be able to drive. No-one in any vehicle related dept can help.

Thanks Bob,
I got some Irish guys (but no actual Locost builders yet)on the Yahoo site (which is a bitch to find anything on!) and have more info. It seems the
car will be registered as new as the chassis is new. Also found some good ways to get around VAT (that is charged on new cars). When I get details
finalised I'll post everything and perhaps it can go into a FAQ to help other Irish people thinking of building.
Thanks for the help
