first drive

had a sneaky little nip round the block as i haven't driven it yet.

getting in and out of the garage was a nightmare (live on a hill and ramp not made up to garage since it was built so planks of wood, bricks and a jack were required) however once out she drove (400m - metres!) faultlessly and i didn't stall once (3 road juncitons) which was great seeing as its a small twin plate race clutch A bit of wheel spin so some more clutch practise required but this thing wot i built works

Ned.

Conjures visions of you running down the drive holding a handbrake and making handbrake turn, tyre squealing noises.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
