Engine Degreaser / oil
Does anyone know what it in engine degreaser? I ask because i need to clean off my sump to find an oil leak and working in a lab i wondered if i might
have something kicking around that might do the job.

White spirit / parafin / kerosene will do the job better than anything else I've found.
Are you a Mac user or a retard?

As above...
Then finish off with a quick spray / wipe of Isopropanol ie industrial alcohol this will clean up any oily residue from the kerrosene / oil. It will
also leave it nice and dry so you can look for your leak.
Carb or brake cleaner or even paint thinners will do the same.
Dont use any aggressive solvents as you dont want to melt any rubber bits or gaskets etc.
Also take any safety precautions, ie gloves, eyeshields, etc solvents are not nice things and penetrate the skin, and can attack your nervous
systems.
