Thick wall ally tube bends - where from?

Chaps,

I'm looking for some ally tube about 65mm ID with a 3-4mm wall with a 90 deg bend (tight as poss)

Needed for my intercoolers to plenum

Cheers for suggestions!

wy do you need 3/4mm wall??

a couple of psi doesn't need that!

just make sure you can flair the border to have grip with the hose clamp!

someone on hear had made a nice tool for ally!

Tks

Cos it's gonna have to support the weight of two intercoolers, and I need to weld them together to form a double U (UU)

thick wall ally will bend in steam pipe bender but the rad isnt very tight about 8" rad on my bender. the only thing i can think of is an ally weld-el from a pipe fitting supply firm as i know you can get a 2" 90 degree steel version
