I have full size empty boc argon bottle in garage. Free to good home, as i have account with air products.

wadders i have a half size boc bottle you can have if you want, cant get them to pick it up so if not will cut up and scrap

Thanks for the kind offer marc, your a gent, sadly the bottle i rent legit from boc is full size, so i wouldn't be able to get it filled up.

Hi Marc,
I need some sort of bottle to use with my MIG welder. Is there much difference between an Argon bottle and a CO2 bottle? I dont know if Argon is just
for TIG but if its suitable for me to learn with or maybe use as a trade in bottle somewhere then id like to save it from being cut up!
I'm going straight to work now otherwise i would have looked up the answers before replying. I'll check back later tonight.

You can decant the Argon from a large bottle, just need a hydraulic hose with 5/8" B.S.P. fittings on each end
