Hayabusa Speedo sensor pick up

Hi There
I have finished my build but cannot get the speedo to work. I have a Hayabusa engined MK Indy and am using the bike clocks. I have carried out several checks and it points to the pick up sensor. Any got one as I did not want to spend £65 and find out it is not that. I am willing to pay for it and of course the postage.
Thanks
Adrian

Yes it is 3 wires. One wire is earth/negative, the second 12v+ and the third is the pulse return. I do not know if it is PNP or NPN
