spark plug help
this plug is from a 2.0 16v vauxhall c20xe engine
it had been running rough so i changed the plugs / cap and rota arm
plugs have always been black ish in colour
now the plugs look like this
what do you think ? good or bad?

NGK BCPR7ES i dont recall that heat range as standard with the vauxhall engine always had a 6 you could try a set of NGK BKR6E which is the iso of
BCPR6ES or BKR6EK which are the twin electrode version of BKR6E

Looks OK but the fact it is a very different from the others suggests looking a little deeper.
What fueling system are you using ? -- vacuum leak
Is the engine losing any water ? --- head gasket
How are the compression pressures ? --- exhaust valve not seating/burnt

all 4 plugs are the same colour

have you had your carbs setup ??????its over heated if you have hada your carbs setup use a diffent grade plug

If it is the same colour as the other 3 no problem
The plug has no signs of being overheated.
These days plug colour dosen't give as much info as it used to because of differences in fuel and the fact we all run weaker mixtures than
twenty years back.
