Has anyone fitted these front Indicators? Any good?, SVA OK?

Just noticed these on ebay - has anyone fitted? Are they OK for SVA and do they look OK? They will need to extended I know for SVA.
Says in description that they are 'E' Marked approved for on road use?

Iv just brought some of those on the bay. Said they were emarked and SVAOK
