Small Fabricating help needed
I need to make up a couple of bits for my seat belts. As it is they clamp up solid at the hips (designed for a single seater) but I want them
adjustable.
So, can anybody make these up for me? I would attempt it in the garage with a drill and grinder, but it would be much better if they were laser cut if
it's not too expensive.
Ideally galvanised but I can get that done locally if not.
They need to be around 4mm thick, the rest of the dimensions are on the picture. The slots are too narrow (2 inch - 50mm) in the ones I
have.

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.
