Paid a couple of visits to the guys at Car Builder Solutions (NF Auto) this week, and as the subject says....
If there is anyone in the SE using Sierra uprights and you need the lower balljoint holes enlarging, well they did mine while I waited. Call them

No idea on price I'm afraid - bought a whole load of stuff and had holes done.
No ticket with a breakdown of prices.
Was done by hand, so took about 15 mins. Works though
