First drive and breakdown today!!!
Finally got my first legal drive today. Car performed flawlessly right until it ran out of fuel
Couldn't get fuelling right without the standard bike airbox and filter fitted so I was forced to go "Mad Max" all day. Rust
streaked bare metal body, unpainted fibreglass and no bonnet
Still grinning

Had the same thing on my first drive, picked car up from Lowestoft with its owner telling me it had a full tank and would get me home easy!! but the
fuel guage doesnt work, got as far a Norwich on way back to Holbeach and ran out, lucky my pit crew was following...

Its chucking it down with rain in Fife today
Just watch for fish in the carbs.........or pigs in waders
Send you chassis up to trailer refurb in Kelty M90 commerce park and get it blasted and painted.

Was going to take it to Coatech in Carnoustie, I'd forgotten about Trailer Refurb, they did a few lorry chassis for my last work and were pretty
cheap if I remember rightly.
