Supercharged duratec tiger in Kit Car mag this month

Flicking through this months copy of Kit Car mag I noticed there is a test of the rotrex duratec car tiger built.

Interesting read. Sounds like a quite a light tune at 250bhp, but the 211lbft of torque from 1500rpm sounds like fun.

Make me want to find out what mine is going to do

We have just used the rotrex supercharger for one of our type r's. I have driven it and it feels faster than the Mugen type r.

It's mega.....

It doesnt really say what spec it is or give any techy info other than 250bhp and 211lbft of torque.

As the Cat X330 was 330bhp and 220lbft @0.8 bar I was hoping for similar from mine at 1bar.

ISTR that Tiger blew their supercharged one up somehow, so I am drawing the conclusion that it was a stock engine with std internals and the map was a bit off somewhere.
