When I worked at Nissan i was taken round the hill route by one of the test drivers.
Even a Almera Dci can get air over the ski jump!

the difference is not just anyone could have rode the bike that fast but pretty much most people could drive the car fast.

I did a standing start against one of my biker mates... 2009 R1
All I saw was his reg number disappear up the road and, he managed most of it on just one wheel!
Now then, wheres that turbo??

far to dangerous to have a 'real' race like that, must've been scripted for telly. No way could the car driver stick it up the
inside under braking, too much risk of taking the biker out.
