Well mines not much like the book, but it will be 12 months next week
I've got a 97% complete rolling chassis (needs paint and proper assembly though!)and body plug about 6 to 8 weeks away from the first moulds then 8 to 10 weeks to finish? Who knows?

Hmm.. guess I'm a slow coach then.

Been working on mine about 14 months and I've got..... an (almost) rolling chassis!

I'm keeping quiet...

...bought the chassis metal in '97!

I am determined to get it finished this year, so I can go to Newark in 2003.

Started mine in May 2000. Aiming to finish in May next year. I have written down all the time I have spent on the car but will not add it up until its finished. This way avoids depression. I recon im at least past the 400 hrs stage.

Moral of the story - build the car as close to the book as you can if you want a fast build. Doing a morgan replica look alike with abs brakes, power steering, a V6 and your own rear suspension adds LOTS of time!

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Started thinking about building this time last year; ordered Luego chassis end of December last arrived early February, made/build/acquired other parts since and now beginning to build prpoer. Hoping to have the majority of the build complete by the end of this year and on the road by next spring.
