Aluminium plate waterjet cutting - recommend me someone?
I need some 6mm dural/aluminium plate supplying cutting to my own design (for engine mounts). I will supply cad drawings or MDF mock up to the
supplier. Can any one recommend a good company.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Are U sure you want to make em from dural/aluminium fatigue may be an issue (lot's of vibration on the mounts)..

Plenty other race cars do. I'm using the BDN as a example to copy, it has won numerous RGB races and been running with ali engine mounts and
bulk heads for 3 seasons without a problem. Yes I know I will need to keep an eye on it for fatigue cracks, and probably life the components, but
that's part of looking after a race car.
My steel engine mounts and chassis have both snapped in the past 2 seasons, so something I'm quite used to

If its for a purely track based car then OK, they will break eventually.
The only reason you would break steel engine mounts is because they are either designed incorrectly (basically not strong enough) or the fabrication
was poor.
The fact you are breaking steel ones tells me aluminium ones are even more of a bad idea.
Diff mounts are a totally different kettle of fish as they dont see the vibration or loading that an engine mount would!

OK for road use, but the lowered race chassis used in anger always breaks in the same places, as does the fireblade engine cradle/ H bracket
