Check your nuts!
No, not them.
Well, ok, you should be checking them as well I spose.! Once a month, whilst relaxed in a warm bath I believe! 
Anyway, I digress.
I've had problems with my rear wheels hitting the rear GTS wings. I've ground away the return on the wing so hopefully it's okay
now. But just to check, decided to removed the wheel, the shocker, re-fit the wing and see if it still hits.
Found to my horror the calliper moved easily by hand. Turns out the 2 bolts that fix the calliper carrier to the Sierra hub were very loose.
Was late for training so didn't diagnose further. No idea if I loctited it when I built 6 years ago.
Anyway, moral of the story is: check you nuts (and bolts!) and loctite them**!

With reference to the wheels hitting the arches..
Would putting an extra bump stop inside the coilovers to limit travel work for you?

Caliper bolts benefit from a dob of locktite on them.
Conside the amount of vibration they get on braking. OK its not wild vibration. However, its high frequency vibration, and can still loosen bolts over
time.
Just my 2d's worth.

I would happily disagree with that, in 15 years I've never loctited a caliper bolt or had any come slack, copper grease all the way for me.
