donors and sva
if u use 1 car for a donor do you have to go through the sva test??

its more likely u get a non q plater if its a single donor.
the only way u can avoid an sva is if you make it a 3 wheeler less than 410 kilos!

What if you made it a 3 wheeler, got it registered and then put the fourth wheel on?

i recon that it then becomes a completly different class of vehicle and they make you sva it.
