differences ??? help
what is the difference between a locost / Westfield / caterham / loutus 7 etc ??
im new to these cars

There are minimal differences between a Westfield and a Locost. There are a lot of differences in chassis design between those to and the caterham
(which is a lotus 7).

A lot more individual thought goes into a Locost, you'll never get 2 the same, so spotting one is difficult. Caterhams and Westfields all look
the same, so they're obvious. Locost derivatives - MKs, GTS, ST etc all look pretty similar, but have subtle differences (mostly under the
skin). It's a minefield telling them apart.

I don't think value is an issue. I've built a car for less than 2k, IMO it's probably worth 3.5k and will be for a while yet. I have
no intention of selling it EVER, so I'm probably the wrong person to ask!!
