Building: desire, again

3rd edition

About a year ago I heard there was going to be a third ed to the bible out last easter ish?
Was this just a rumour or did it face problems?

From what I remember it used a 3 series beemer as a donor, and had the whole top of the chassis in tube for a better shape. Just a post made my wonder what happened.
