I know there has been talk about this before and I came across this bit of software recently:

Im not sure how good it is, but its a free WIKI/groupware creator. If someone who runs a server could run it, or something similar then we may be able to get something up and running? There are quite a few open source WIKI softwares available.

I would run it myself, but my internet access is rather sporadic to say the least! (None in the summers)

ASP unfortunatly, which is nasty Windows stuff. Find one that runs on PHP or Perl and I'll run it!
