Steel suppliers in Newmarket / Cambridge area???
I'm now ready to kick off with the build so need to source some material?? I live in Newmarket and have noticed there are a number of forum
members in my area, If anyone could recommend a good supplier It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Paul,
For mild steel I use Suffolk Steel in Sudbury,
and for stainless and ally I use Aalco in Norwich.

Mackays East Road Cambridge, does steel ally and some stainless.
Expensive.
Parker Steel Waterbeach Ind Estate 3m north of CB.
ONLY Std Stock lengths or full sheets.
Wholesaler really... better prices than above.
Driving through the industrial estate going to Parkers above there is a fabrication plant on the LH Side.. steel bits all over their carpark.
Cheaper than above, especially if using Cash.
It depends on how much quantity you need.
There are other places, but not tried them
