Big thumbs up to Malc @ Yorkshire Engines!

i had a bit of a problem:

Mk are building me my 'New car' to take a zx10r but they dont have a jig for it. initially this wasn't a problem as someone else was just about to get a zx10r made up from MK so they would use that as a jig. found out today they this is no longer happening.

Spoke to MK this morning and they said could i send my engine to them so they can make the cradle to fit...... 1 problem, i don't have the engine or the money for it yet.

i had planned on getting the engine from Malc in a few month but a quick call to him sorted a ZX10R to go to MK so they could build the cradle and sort money at a later date!

top bloke! greatly appreciate it (i have managed to borrow the money now) but if i hadnt of been able to and if Malc wasnt so kind i would be stuffed for two months!

alright, i'm getting sick of this now. Can someone keep with the ethos of this site and post something bad about the bloke? All i ever hear is nice things!!!

You know, something like,
"how dare he, when my engine turned up it was a little muddy",
perhaps a
"it turned up at 12:01 and he promised it would be a next day AM delivery"
or even,
"i can't get hold of the bloke, i've sat here for a whole minute thinking 'malc, call me i want an engine' and he's not phoned me"

(this is supposed to be humourous - all i ever hear about this bloke is very good stuff, long may it continue)

How about 'why doesn't the bugger sell car engines as well' - only half joking.

It's getting so that 'lose' actually LOOKS wrong when someone spells it right ;-)

Yep a good guy to deal with.

He was very patient at wating for our college to pay for a blade motor.

I'd give him my business.
