ME ME ME
It would help a lot if more people put a link in their sig.
Also, I'm not sure some people know what a wiki is so we need to make it easy for those less talented on computers to understand what to do.

Taken from Wikipedia:-
A wiki is a website that allows visitors to add, remove, and edit content. A collaborative technology for organizing information on Web sites, the
first wiki (WikiWikiWeb) was developed by Ward Cunningham in the mid-1990s. Wikis allow for linking among any number of pages. This ease of
interaction and operation makes a wiki an effective tool for mass collaborative authoring. Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia, is probably the best
known wiki.

as an example, its andys site, but i wrote the section on BECs. Iank did the bit on heaters etc. Anyone can modify it, either to expand or correct -
just click the edit tag at the top. The system is open to abuse from graffiti, but overall its an excellent way to managa info.

lol
The site is hosted on a server in a Telehotel in Manchester. Is that "available" enough for you 0
The site isn't making any money. If it does how about I promise to keep the site free forever and not keep popping up a message asking you to
donate?

Really must update the pages I entered, but got the impression not many people are using it, certainly not many people putting data on last time I
looked.
The mechanics of editing a page aren't difficult, but getting the information together takes a while if you are presenting references rather
than just asserting facts.
Maybe I should write up a 'best' design pages based on my personal biases and see if that heats up some edits

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Sounds like a good idea to me
I'm wondering if a "new article" competation every month with something like an ipod as a prize would encourage people too?
