Cooling System cost more than Ron's whole car..

I've just had to buy a couple of additional hoses so that Steve can finish my cooling system.

On reflection, I can't believe what it has cost...
When you account for Silicone Hoses, Ali Header Tank, Ali hard-pipes, Polo Rad and modification to the thermostat to take a temperature sender it's cost well over £250!

Crazy!

if you had the outlet on the box marked "top" facing the other direction, it would have cost £ 200.

not so bad at all

did you weld it up?

just thinking it'd look much tidier if the coolant elbow out of the charge cooler went the other way to give you a much shorter run to the header tank and avoid the big loop.

It was all done in haste, i modified the chargecooler inlet/outlet pipes and left the rest, can very easily cut and re weld the pipe mentioned, but looks and works of for now.

I know where Samco hoses are made. I'm the contractor that looks after their heating

And when their heating is broken, they jump straight to the top of the call out list
