Love the decorative nose grill and the jig used for forming it.
Hand formed aluminium is just so "right" when compared with grp.

true skill, absolutley stunning. What would I give to be that skillful at anything never mind something with such a stunning end product.
skills like this must never be lost it would be tragic.

Bodies with beautiful curves like that should be used as centrefolds and 'page 3'.
Stunning craftsmanship.
Can't knock the photographer, either - difficult lighting situation, - made the most of it - well done!

Ahh its knowing the techniques, and having the right tools, and a lot of experience.
Same goes for any craft / trade.
Just try carefully shaping a bit of 0.5mm thick ally plate with a 7lb sledge hammer, and then try again with a smaller bodywork hammer... You will see
and notice the difference even if you are not skilled.
I take my hat off to the likes of TrevD and 907, they are the real craftsmen amongst us.
We can all benefit from their guidance and help.
The trouble is some people just dont take notice of them.
I couldnt work at TrevD's place, even if I had the skills. I would just sit there gawping at all the lovely cars, and end up getting sacked for
doing nowt but gawping all day
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
