I don't want to get involved with the bolts (thanks for the tip anyway), cor the insurance company assessor is a bit of a coward and will not OK
anything unless he has it in writing that his ass is covered. I told the 19 year old owner(!!!) that he should get hold of the wheel manufacturer to
supply bolts to match his car. The TT will handle like a dog with these on, all the geometry is upset, the germans spent ages getting it right (after
getting it 'wrong' fist time - not really).
The original TT's were great, they would oversteer exactly how you wanted them to, but so many hairdressers had accidents that Audi were forced
to change the handling to simulate a Nissan Stanza to make them 'safe'
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
