6 week Roadster, update

Hi Guys.
For those who saw my post a couple of weeks ago, about trying to get my Haynes roadster finished in 6 weeks
in order to brink it back to the UK by mid December for it's SVA
Taken 28th Oct

Unfortunatly rain has stopped play for today, so thought I would post an update.
Well it's finaly off the build table and onto its wheels.

If it ain't chuking it down tomorrow then I intend to fit the engine.
Wish me luck, coz I got to do it on my own.
Well with the help of my trusty Massy Ferguson of course

David

In spite of the quick build that looks extremely well done, keep it up

just how small is that steering wheel btw?

na thats a small one, a JCB's better, then you can really accidentally break things

Believe me I get into enough trouble with that one without going for anything bigger

And yes that steering wheel is a bit silly.
But it's only a temp.
I got a nice new shiny one to go on later.

nice dash

I find the JCB very handy as the back arm can reach into the garage, just a long crane really

Nice looking car, well done on the build so far.

Is that you on the back of the tractor? or are you applying for husband of the year award next year???

Keep an eye on the rads on the wheel for SVA. Cant tell from the ics if they will be OK or not. I used aftermarket wheel for my test but had to ensure no holes in spokes, correct rads etc and also had to used collapsable boss.
