Pro-Alloy Motorsport... Two Thumbs Up!

Got my tank and pair of dinky side-pod rads today from Pro-Alloy Motorsport. Absolutely top-drawer quality!

PS - The 'ripples' on the tank are reflections from the bubble-wrap.

Have you got any pictorial evidence of progress with the Ultima beast you are building?

Or, as I suspect, are you still on the path of parts acquisition? You seem to buy and sell more 'things' than anyone I have ever know!!

The masterplan will come together rapidly in the next few months!

Pretty much done all the R&D... hence the clearouts - just one of two bits still to go (anyone want an S2000 dash and 17" Yoko's?).

Just need to get the engine back from the engineer and then I can finish the chassis-mods, powdercoat the bugger and start fixing bits onto it.

After that, I'll be sending my lumps of hacked-up GRP to Shug to make it look as beautiful as me!

I know someone with an S2000 project, I'll ask them the next time I see them

how much did the rads cost ? (I'll need one soon'ish for the dax)

I guess I don't need to ask who's doing the engine or powder coating

Cheers! There's a guy not far away who can re-calibrate the S2000 clock to suit.

Will get Mark at Gilmerton to do the blasting and Allcoats in Had to do the coating.

Engine is at Engine Services in Rosewell.

I think he's trying to use the old mechanical ford clocks and an emerald ecu - but I'll ask him (how much were you wanting for it ? )

my engine spent some time in Rosewell too

any reson why Marks not doing the coating as well as the blasting ?

I'd take £80 for the speedo (posted).

I'd get Mark to coast the chassis as well, but his ovens not big enough

I didn't realise your chassis was that big - he did a 1st class job of my Dax chassis but I guess its a fair bit narrower
