undecided on this wheel arch design

im not sure whether or not i like these wheel arches, i found this car from a link on the locostUSA site, looks like a bit of a wacky build,

what is the general concensus, do we like or dislike?

Not sure about the green stripes - and the rear arches look too big. But It is a matter of choice and compromise for many of us. I am often surprised where we/some of us spend money. I was at a hill climb recently. There was a Westfield with a £1000 paint scheme and £30 tyres......

Nasty, nasty trailer lights on the back, and rear arches far too big. Not keen on gaping hole in the bonnet. Apart from that it's ok.

I think that if the rear lights were on the arches and not on the rear tub it would be much better.
All in i like it, its different

He made it from scratch at University. Decent lights are hard to find in North America. For a guy without a lot of space and time, I think he did a great job. I remember when he started, because I was going to use the same engine (but changed that later).

I think if the green strips were offset to the left on the right hand arches like it is on the nose cone and then paint the whole thing black (with the green offset strip continuing from the nose cone all the way through to the back panel) it would look pretty cool?
