Quality Service from BOC
Having finished by car nearly 3 years ago I really thought it was time to send back my BOC gas tank.
I took the tank back in Feb and annoyingly the guy at the welding shop (which has a computer linked to the BOC system) said I would need to also phone
BOC to cancel the direct debit.
Finally got round to calling them just now.
Really helpful and friendly woman who said not only had they not charged me since Feb but I was in credit to £43 and would I like them to send me a
cheque.
I really expected a load of grief so all credit to them for being a pleasant surprise and sorting it all out with one free (I think!) phone call!

I have an account for medical Oxygen and always find them more than helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to get welding gas from them if I needed a big
cylinder.
Are you a Mac user or a retard?

gas supply is to competative for customer service to be poor.
Anything With Tits or Wheels Will cost you MONEY!!
