testing the water

ive been offered a tarmac rally car which im interested in but would need to sell my locost project to fund it so need a rough idea what to ask for it.its a book chassis with spax adj coil overs rose jointed rear end escort axle 3.54 diff.not wired or plumbed. bias pedal box new nose cone new scuttle s/h front wing and rears.steel tank( needs painted) suzuki rf900 engine engine cradle(dax) stainless downpipes,loom and coils/ecu.rs 6x13" alloys with tyres.loads of other bits bought or made.b ut need garage for rally car.would make a quick cheapish car for someone we were going to use it as a track car and hillclimb it.

Its it IVA / SVA'd, registerd, taxed Mot, on the road?

Is it a track car only?

its not sva my plan was a track car only although i do have plates and docs.
