im down to a single point of failure every single other thing had been passed except;
the bloody head light i built the bonnet around have tuned out to be europian instead of UK so them dip to the right instead of the left.
so i will be spending the next few hours motching ebay for right hand drive lights.

Right click on the picture and go to properties... gives you the picture address and not the website address

Then press the "insert an image" button and put the picture address in there...

Your pic is best to be in your photo archive on here then you press the insert picture button when writing a message and paste in the image address in this format taken from the bottom of the picture when you view it

Cracking looking car though, good luck for next time

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Hi,

Have you considered rotating the lenses 30 degrees or so? I managed to get my car through SVA with motorbike headlights which don't have the "kick up" pattern required. I did this by rotating the lenses 15 degrees clockwise as viewed from the driver's seat. If your lights are kicking up to the right by 15 degrees then rotating 30 degrees clockwise should fix it.

Obviously the above depends on how they are mounted but might be worth a shot.

I hope this helps.
Craig.

Unfortunately all the time it keeps going back to them is another chance of them noticing something else. Happened to me on sva. Fixed all the first problems, failed on the next set of problems. Different tester noticed 2 things that I couldn't fix. So had to go back 3rd time. Different tester again(first 2 on holiday) found something else, luckily was just a missing locknut. But had been missing on both previous tests.
