rev lights

has anyone made there own rev lights like the f1 cars and as seen inthis link

how easy(hard) would it be to make a locost version? i think it would be quite a trick thing to have.
any thoughts ect

If you run Megajolt or Megasquirt you can configure spare outputs to swtch led's at certain revs

there are a few plans on the internet - i soldered up one the other year during winter, but haven't been able to test it yet.

Look on www.instructables.com to begin with, i think there was one on the site.

So Mike, you were tinkering with things that you didn't really need, instead of getting on with the build?
