Dominator TS400
Anyone read kitcar this month? Is it just me or does the Dominator Sports Cars 'TS 400' chassis looks spookily similar to the (RIP) MK GT1
chassis.
Just wondering if anyone knows more about this vehicle?
Cheers

That'll be why it's taking so long to get Jon Isons bodywork back, they're running copies off it Jon .
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Doesn't buying someone else's kit constitute research and development?

It's a Blue Peter special, made using the old faithfull cornflakes boxes and sticky back plastic with the odd pipe cleaner here and there for
good measure.
It doubles up as a candle holder come christmas time too!!!

Do I detect some bitterness there snoopy?? Did the guy buy the rights to the chassis or is it just 'remarkably similar'??
I noticed the featured car in the mag was not complete and for some reason had one drive shaft...
All allegedly of course...

I haven't seen the chassis, but the body doesn't look like the GT1 - maybe he copied the Audi R8?

Only if he's never seen an Audi R8 - it's nothing like.

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

It's silver, similar shape etc. But you could say it looks like any of the Le Mans cars in profile, as does the GT1 (except that it is kind of
"squashed" from front to back).
I think all of the cars like this have to look similar anyway, just like all the lotus 7 type vehicles all look similar, all the Le Mans GT cars look
similar.

Like I said - both silver, similar shape, even got the same wheels Dominator got the side scoops the wrong way round, but you can't have
everything, bet they put the steering wheel on the wrong side too!
