Khumo v70a tyres. What's the verdict
Heard some good stuff about these tyres, almost as good as toyo 888's.
With toyos in short supply, are they worth a punt....?
Anyone run on an mk or similar, who has driven them hard, and what was drop off like?

i asked this question a while ago and the general verdict was they are better than almost anything, and have a huge range of widths and profiles. they
do a 235/45/13 which is as wide as any!

Caterham boys use them on the hills! The soft compound is very very soft.

Ran these on my westfield last season.
Thoroughly good tyre which I prefered to R888's
much more progressive and informative than R888's
Kumho Hard is like R888 Medium
Medium like soft and the Kumho soft is indeed very soft.
Had hoped to run them on my new race car but they dont do a wide enough rear

But they don't do 205/60 13"
Wonder how soft the supersofts are then !

That's it then. Ordering today. Cheers boys. Getting 205/17's....not wanting to start that debate!

205/40w/17 seen a set today, and look v nice. Square shoulders. Got team dynamics.
Probably not the best for an mk on roads, but it looks chuffing grand!!!
Might have an issue fitting them into the arches though. Do mk make wider arches??

They'll be fine on the road/track
I did look at them but wanted a 45 profile.
