frist MOT
Hi there
Just put my Locost in for a pre I V A MOT to see if it would pick up anything that it fail on .
Was well surprised , it passed all its emissons 0.51% CO & 102ppmHC . Not bad for a 1985 1.6 Ford Pinto.
The only thing it failed on was a part suck rear wheel cylinder . Will get one next week and re M O T.
Next stop Exeter I V A test center.

Pintos at 3.5co and 1200hc over that it's a fail
you may be running a bit weak at your settings

Hi there
yes it was abit weak .
The mecanic reset the carb in excnange for a blast around the estate. He came back with a big grin on his face said he was impressed with it. Makes
the last 4 years building it worth while.

OOOOyes its great to drive these cars
Good luck with the IVA and don't worry it will pass ok
