Has anyone had custom roll hoops or anything made up?

MNR did mine.

i prefer the hoop to be bent at >90 deg, looks much better than "square ones"

its upto you.

Matt here provided mine in 1 5/8" CDS from drawings:

churpycheap

He charged £155 for front hoop, two side bars and diagonal.

protection and Performance in Lancashire did my rear hoop to my measurements, was about £45+P&P if I remember correctly, they were quick too.
