I have read many times about people using the freelander 4.1 diff but didnt know if it just bolted in and you use the sierra drive shafts

the freelander 1 diff will require different drive shaft and prop lengthening. The ratio is 3.21.:1 not 4:1, they only made one ration

I'm sure Westfeild did a 4.1 Ratio Freelander Diff, but it may have only been for the LSD's they supplied, I say this becuase I'm
actually picking one up tonight from another LCB'er so I'll confirm that it is 4.1:1 ratio.
As for the conversion it will be a case of some new mounts (not to hard) and some new driveshafts, these will either have to be made bespoke or you
have to cut them and have them sleeved and welded.
Some stuff from WSCC here about 4.1 ratio Freelander Diffs

Maybe there is an aftermarket 4.1 freelander crown wheel and pinion set, but in standard form landrover only ever supplied a 3.21 in the freelander 1.

Why not just change the ratio of you Sierra diff, which would be a lot less work?
I have a 3.92 7" open Sierra diff you may be interested in. It's in excellent condition, just removed it from my Fury to fit a 3.62.

One does 3.61 turns of the input shaft (prop) for one turn of the output shafts (halfshaft/driveshaft/wheel). The other does 4.01... In other words a
4.01 is lower geared and revs higher for a given speed.
