Ratchet straps
Bit boring but can anyone recommend a brand of ratchet straps ?

Not really a brand, but mine came from Lidl for about £7 and included 2 large rachets, 2 friction stop versions and some bungee chords.

If you mean for a car trailer.......
I bought a set of these and they have been superb.

Best ones in the UK are made by Arinsdale in Scotland, their brand is called Tensys.
Superb company to deal with, but they mainly sell to trade, but worth a phone call.
They sell standard items but can also make, test and certify any specials you want.
I use them a lot with my work.

If you want straps like this, then avoid the ones with the metal loops, you want to order the 'soft loop' version as they won't then
scratch your alloy wheels.

Those ones have pads behind the metal hoops to stop that happening.

I'm aware of that. But those pads get lost, move, fall out.
Soft loops mean you don't have to remember to fit the pads.

As a lift engineer i can also reccomend the products from this company. Never had a single issue

Give Tessa at Primamotorsport a shout. They make the straps in house as well as FIA approved harnesses.
