CAD

I'm looking for some software and guidance on creating a 360 degree free rotational pic of a "7" using Cad or something like it.

Searched the www but I'm completely confused what to look for, can anybody with experience please point me in the right direction?

i think someone on here did it with some holiday snaps

Knock up a chassis in something like prodesktop and then export as VRML which people can rotate themselves using a browser plugin?

Cheers
