Brian James? Expensive though.
I believe zilspeed(?) is having a cover made to go on his ordinary trailer.

Indeed I am.
A reasonably lightweight angle frame is being welded on and I will sheet it out with 1.5M x 3.0m ally.
The only reason I'm not weldng the frame on myself is because it's beng done as a favour by a retired blacksmith.
My reason for doing this is because I'm allowed to trailer the car next year to the sprints and if I don't then I won't try as hard
as everyone else.
Having to drive it home is bound to slow me down
Hopefully Gizmo will see this and hold me to my word

Midlifecrisis,
I've put a tow bar on mine, bolted to some 3mm steel welded beneath the tank. I put an extra 'Z' tube in to add a bit of strength
(and symmetry!). Not towed anything yet, but next project is a scratch built boat and trailer!

Watch the weigh limits that you will be able tow with. Best to stay under 80% of the Locost weight for the towed trailer / caravan. (AA / caravan
club reccomendations).
I pick up my Viento chassis on Sat, Luego have kindly (for a small £££££££ consideration) Put me a tow bracket on the back. I want to tow a small
camping trailer.
Remember that ANY trailer over 750kgs will need overrun brakes. But I doubt if you can tow that heavy with a locost.
I have towed a caravan with a peugeot 305 (1 ton car) ie 100%, and the coaches and lorries throw you all over the road with their bow waves, then
suck you back in close. Its scary stuff. Thats why I now tow with the Land Rover, close on 4.0 ton, loaded with 4 adults, boat, bikes and van on the
back!. Its dead steady at all speeds despite lorries and coaches passing me doing 70mph.
What I am trying to say, is be careful, as the locost is very light, caravans and some trailers will get you weight percentage up very quickly.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Best Regards
Geoff

I think I've posted this before but
I was once following a small caravan towards Lincoln doing some very strange things. It came to a hill and was getting slower and slower till we were
forced to pass it. It was being towed by a Reliant Regal with passengers .
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Take the engine out of a reliant robin, put a tow hitch on the front and theres a ready made trailer board on the rear, all you need to do is change
the registration plate at the rear.
Enjoy.
Tooooo many 'H's in hitch

i read the initial question as 'where can i get an enclosed trailer to move my locost around in?' rather than something to tow about.
