Would be interested in seeing some 3D renderings or sketches to get a better idea of what it will look like. Could maybe do with a bit more power but
then I guess it depends how fast you want to drive it!
Is this your design or something you've found elsewhere?

Nice.
Any plans on developing the idea further?
One question which does spring to mind is the size of engine.
Is the 2 litre or a V6 a possible option for a bit extra grunt?
Cock off or cock on. You choose.

It's my own design
This is the only view avaible yet
Might run in trouble with the space around rear passenger when designing the other views
Since it is a small car Im not really considering bigger engines.
What it loses on a typical pinto engined locost on acceleration, it would make good on highway behaviour.
Although I could make it in a bigger size with a 3l v6 or a supercharged large 4pot (>2.0 litres) that would make a nice GT. Or even larger and put
an SBC or Jaguar V12 in it....
mine idea is to design a ladder frame of 100x50 mm steel sections with a rollcage which can handle the regulations off open racecars (locost) The
firewall, transmission tunnel and floor would be panelled

well , if i was to give you some original designs from my collection one of them would almost look like it . I say go for it - 825 kgs is about right
, if you cant build it lighter than that , dont bother unless youve got some more HP . i didnt look at any dimensions , it looks fairly squat - sure
youve got space for everything?
A ladder chassis is nice and simple - so it wont be so much hassle , but when you have suspension to hang off it youll almost be building a spaceframe
, make it look pretty if anything else .

Go for a nice torquey V6. Maybe the duratec V6 (2.5/3.0) and you'll have enough power and torque and it will have great motorway manners. You
can mate it to an MT75 gearbox and you'll be away. This is also quite a light V6, being about the same as a pinto, or maybe a bit less. My dad
had 2 Mondeos with these engines and they are lovely. 170bhp straight off. It is quite a wide V though, which is why it isn't put in Locosts
very often.

Seems to be a mixture of Fiat's Barchetta and coupe on initial viewing.
Not a criticism, an observation.

Well this picture gives a good impression of what I want.
I started again with the chassis since it was too narrow and too short
