Projector headlight washers
Hi guys,
I've just been reading the IVA manual and can't see anything specific for projector headlights.
It won't fall under gas discharge as I plan to use standard halogen bulbs.
However I know that for MOT you would need washers if you have projectors, is this he case for IVA?

Are you sure about that? Some renault clips came with projectors and not headlight washers. Thought it was only HID that needed washers?

Ah, maybe im wrong then, just noticed that all cars I've ever seen with projectors have had washers as well, maybe they just happen to have HIDs
as well...

the mot manual only refers to headlight washers on hid and led lighting, and even then only when fitted

As above, Its only HID that should have washers and self leveling system. However its only a MOT failure if its clear they have them but they dont
work. So you can still have HIDs with no washers if the washers purposefully and fully removed, or clearly never fitted.
