1st MOT
Took the Suttol for it's first Mot yesterday. Is it really three years on the road?
I was hoping that the computer at the local garage would recognise the "first registered 1st May 2015" and date the MOT from that day, but
no, dated from 26th April.
But then, to rub salt in the wound, it came up on the screen as; Year of Manufacture 1901
Now I know I took my time over the build but, 1901 is taking the pee
Paul G
p.s.
It passed btw, but the main beam tell tale bulb has slipped out of its holder so didn't show.
"Don't suppose you drive this at night, so I'll let that go", he said.

Well done on the pass.
I wouldn't worry much about the "year of manufacture" being wrong. The DVLA often make mistakes!
Sadly trying to correct them usually causes more pain than good though.

You don’t need an MOT either if it’s that old.
Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.
